What we provide
MineRace.io provides a daily Minesweeper-style puzzle game and leaderboards, free to play in a web browser. We do not currently offer accounts, paid features, or any purchase mechanism. We may change what the site offers at any time.
How you may use the site
You may play the game, share links to puzzles, post your results on your own social channels, and otherwise enjoy the site as intended. You may not:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated solvers to set leaderboard times.
- Attempt to extract or copy our puzzle data, code, or content for commercial use without permission.
- Attempt to interfere with the site, its servers, its security, or its other players.
- Submit content (such as a display name) that is unlawful, abusive, or that infringes anyone else's rights.
We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries, names, or other submissions that we judge to violate these rules.
Leaderboard names
The display name you enter is shown publicly on the leaderboard. Do not use a name that identifies someone else, that impersonates anyone, or that is offensive. We may remove or alter names at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The site code, design, brand, and puzzle generator are owned by VexHex Games Inc. The classic Minesweeper game rules are in the public imagination and we do not claim ownership over them. Our specific implementation and content are protected by copyright. You may not copy or redistribute the site content without permission, except for normal browser caching and short quoted excerpts with a clear link back to the source page.
Warranty disclaimer
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it working and fair, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that puzzles will always be available, that leaderboard data will never be lost, or that the site will fit a specific purpose you have in mind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, VexHex Games Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to one US dollar.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page when we make material changes. By continuing to use the site after a change, you agree to the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
